King of Drag: The Royal Tour

1. Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the King of Drag: The Royal Tour website (the “Site”), operated by Revry, Inc. (“Revry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of the Site The Site provides information about the King of Drag: The Royal Tour, including tour dates, venues, cast and show information, and links to purchase tickets through independent third-party ticketing platforms and venues. Revry does not itself sell or process ticket transactions through the Site.

3. Eligibility The Site is intended for users located in the United States who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Separate age restrictions may apply to attendance at individual live shows, as set by each venue (see Section 7).

4. Changes to These Terms We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Third-Party Ticketing Partners All ticket purchases are made through independent third-party ticketing platforms and/or venue box offices (which may include, without limitation, Ticketmaster, AXS, Etix, SeeTickets, DICE, Eventbrite, or a specific venue's own box office). Those transactions are governed by the applicable ticketing partner's and/or venue's own terms of service, privacy policy, and refund/exchange policies, not by these Terms. Revry is not a party to, and is not responsible for, ticket transactions conducted on third-party platforms.

6. Ticket Sales, Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling • All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as required by applicable law, or as otherwise provided by the applicable ticketing partner or venue. • If a show is cancelled, refund eligibility and process will be handled in accordance with the applicable ticketing partner's or venue's cancellation policy. • If a show is postponed or rescheduled, previously purchased tickets will generally remain valid for the new date, subject to the applicable ticketing partner's or venue's policy. • Revry and the Tour reserve the right to change performers, opening acts, set lists, venues, dates, or show times without prior notice and without liability, subject to the applicable ticketing partner's or venue's refund policy for material changes.

7. Venue Policies & Age Restrictions Age restrictions, entry requirements, bag policies, accessibility accommodations, and other house rules vary by venue and are set and enforced by the individual venue, not by Revry. Please check with the specific venue for your show prior to attending. Some venues may be 18+, 21+, or all-ages; ID may be required for entry.

8. Recording, Photography & Publicity By attending a King of Drag: The Royal Tour show, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience, and you grant Revry, its affiliates, and its licensees the right to use your image, likeness, and voice as captured in such recordings for promotional, marketing, archival, and other business purposes, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent any biometric identifiers or biometric information (as defined by applicable law) are collected from recordings of you, such collection and use will be subject to a separate notice and consent process as required by applicable law. Unauthorized audio or video recording of the performance itself is prohibited unless expressly permitted by the venue or Revry.

9. Conduct You agree to comply with all venue rules and applicable law while attending a show, and to treat performers, staff, and other patrons with respect. Revry and applicable venues reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct, without refund.

10. User Submissions The Site does not currently accept public comments, photo uploads, or other user-generated content. If we introduce such features in the future, additional terms governing submissions (including a content license grant to Revry) will be posted and incorporated into these Terms at that time.

11. Marketing Communications If you sign up for presale access or tour updates, you consent to receive marketing communications by email and, if you provide a phone number and opt in, by SMS text message, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link, and of text messages by replying “STOP.”

12. Intellectual Property All content on the Site — including the King of Drag name and marks, logos, show artwork, photography, video, and text — is owned by Revry or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a link to the Site).

13. Privacy Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT TOUR DATES, VENUES, OR OTHER INFORMATION DISPLAYED WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT AT ALL TIMES.

15. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVRY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR ATTENDANCE AT A SHOW, OR ANY TICKET TRANSACTION WITH A THIRD-PARTY TICKETING PARTNER. IN NO EVENT WILL REVRY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU DIRECTLY TO REVRY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revry and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

17. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

18. Dispute Resolution — Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. • Agreement to Arbitrate. Except as set forth below, you and Revry agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. • Class Action Waiver. You and Revry agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action, to the fullest extent permitted by law. • Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent infringement or misuse of intellectual property or confidential information. • Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@revry.tv within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. • Severability of This Section. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) may proceed in court, while the remainder of this arbitration provision remains in effect.

19. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Revry regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
