(“Revry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the King of Drag: The Royal Tour website (the “Site”), including when you browse the Site, sign up for presale or tour updates, or click through to purchase tickets from a third-party ticketing partner. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Internet & Device Activity • IP address, browser type, device type and identifiers, operating system • Pages viewed, links clicked, referring/exit URLs, time and date of visit, and other clickstream data • Information collected via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4) d. Approximate Location • General geographic location inferred from IP address or postal code (e.g., city/region), used to show relevant tour dates e. Communications • Records of your correspondence with us, including customer service inquiries and marketing opt-ins/opt-outs We may update the categories above as the Site's functionality evolves (for example, if we add contest entries, photo uploads, or additional marketing integrations). Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of this Policy.

Sources of Information • Directly from you (e.g., when you complete the presale/tour-updates signup form) • Automatically, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies as you use the Site • From our service providers, including our email/CRM platform and analytics or advertising partners • From third-party ticketing partners and venues, to the extent they share information with us about ticket purchases made through their platforms • From social media platforms, if you interact with our pages or content there

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP,” and can request help by replying “HELP.” Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Text messaging opt-in information will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. How We Share Information We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of certain advertising and analytics technologies may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law (see Section 8 for your opt-out rights). We may disclose information as follows: • Service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as our email/CRM platform (e.g., Mailchimp or a similar/successor platform), website hosting and analytics providers, and advertising/retargeting partners • Third-party ticketing partners and venues (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, Etix, SeeTickets, DICE, Eventbrite, individual venue box offices, or similar platforms), to the extent you interact with their ticket-purchase pages linked from the Site — their own privacy policies govern that data • Affiliated Revry entities and business partners involved in producing or promoting the Tour • Legal and safety purposes — to comply with law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Revry, our users, performers, or the public • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets • With your consent, or at your direction “Sale” or “sharing” of personal information under California law: to the extent our use of advertising/analytics cookies or pixels is considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA, the categories of personal information involved may include identifiers (such as cookie IDs and device identifiers), internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing history and interactions with our Site), and approximate geolocation data. You may opt out of such sale or sharing by clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our homepage, by enabling the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, or by contacting us as described in Section 8.

8. Your Privacy Rights (California Residents) If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), provides you with certain rights, including the right to: • Know/access the specific pieces and categories of personal information we have collected about you • Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions • Correct inaccurate personal information • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (including opting out via the Global Privacy Control signal) • Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights • Appeal a denial of a rights request To exercise any of these rights, contact us at legal@revry.tv. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. If you are a resident of another U.S. state with its own comprehensive privacy law (for example, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or similar), you may have comparable rights under that state's law, which we will honor as applicable.

9. Do Not Track Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for responding to DNT signals, the Site does not currently respond differently based on DNT signals, but we do honor the Global Privacy Control as described above.

10. Children's Privacy The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected information from a child under 13 should contact us at legal@revry.tv.

11. Data Retention We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it will be deleted or de- identified. In general, we retain contact information and marketing preferences for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications, plus a reasonable wind-down period; internet and device activity data collected via cookies and pixels for up to 24 months; and records related to consumer rights requests for at least 24 months as required by applicable law.

12. Security We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Third-Party Links The Site contains links to third-party ticketing platforms, venue websites, and social media platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies separately.

14. International Visitors The Site and the Tour are directed to audiences in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. This Site and this Policy have not been tailored to comply with the privacy laws of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Canada, or other non-U.S. jurisdictions.
